Everything else is secondary

motivation quotes from Steve Jobs
Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life.
Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking.
Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice.
And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.
They somehow already know what you truly want to become.
Everything else is secondary.

500 NIGERIANS IN JAPANESE JAILS FOR DRUG RELATED CRIMES

No fewer than 500 Nigerian youths are presently languishing in Japanese prisons over alleged drugs and other related offences, Bishop Enock Adebayo yesterday said and called for immediate action.
Bishop Adebayo, President of the Nigeria-Japan Chamber of Commerce, said government should do everything possible to save the lives of the youths. He spoke to reporters in Lagos.
According to Rev Adebayo, who is married to a Japanese woman with six children, said the Chamber of Commerce had tried all it could to save the youths but to no avail, because of the large number of the offenders and the alleged lukewarm attitude of the Nigerian Ambassador in Japan.
He claimed that the youths must have engaged in the unholy businesses because of lack of jobs and that they (youths) believed they had no future in their country, Nigeria.

Food for thought, on ways to know if your spouse is "in love" with you

How do you know if your spouse is "in love" with you?

If you were asked, "Is your spouse in-love with you?" what would you say. Or better yet, how would you find out?
Most people use two common techniques to determine whether or not their spouse is in-love with them:

1. Ask
The straight forward approach is typically what most people use.
"Do you love me?" one would ask the other.
"Why, of course I do, Honey."
    or
"What do you think?" replies the spouse.
And, if there is sincerity in the delivery, the questioning would stop right there.
However, if there was something insincere about the answer, the following technique would be used:

When you don't understand yourself

The way you get to know yourself
is by the expressions on other people's faces,
because that's the only things that you can see,
unless you carry a mirror about.
I  have always thrown myself into different kinds of experiences,
sometimes into really bad things .
But, you grow up, you become more of a woman and you know yourself .
I think knowing yourself is a wonderful thing, especially when you are in your 40s
and you are kind of in your skin .
life is not so confusing anymore.

You Can Do Any Thing As Long As You Are Willing To Try And Keep Trying

Don't Adjust The Goals, Adjust The Action Steps
When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don't adjust the goals; adjust the action steps.
Instead of adjusting your goals most times what you need to adjust are the steps of action that you are actually taking in order to get to the goals that matter most to you.

Not everything will go as planned in your life, and sometimes you will have to figure out why things went the way they did, and make an effort to change the action steps you took so that you can continually perfect this craft or vehicle that you are using to get to point a and point b in your life.

Never adjust the goals that you have always had in your heart, just remember that you must be willing to adjust the action steps you take so that you can get to the goals that you have been having a lot of difficulty with obtaining in your life.

You can do anything as long as you are willing to try and keep trying!

"Technology has brought good things when it comes to dating and also has made things more confusing than in the past"

Back, forever ago when I first started dating, technology wasn’t even close to what it is today. I went on one of my first real dates when i was 16 years old and there was no Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, texting, and it wasn’t common to have your own mobile phone at that age — let alone a smart phone.
There’s no doubt that technology has brought so much to our life. I mean, I wouldn’t have this awesome opportunity to share my life and views with so many people and well,  I am a tech-lover. I do know that if I had to jump back into the dating game in this technology age, things would be so different than when I was first starting to date.
Technology has brought with it some good things when it comes to dating and finding love, but in other ways I think it’s also hindered the process and has made things more confusing than in the past.

A Married Man Needs Only 3 Things From His Wife .

When you ask a woman what does she think a man needs, you can probably guess what most say.  S-E-X.   But that may not be so.  At least it may not be number 1, 2, or 3.  If that isn’t it, then what is at the top of the list?
A Married Man Only Needs 3 Things

My wife and I have been married for 12 years, and we’ve learned a lot about one another through our marriage.  We’ve also learned a lot about ourselves.  As our relationship has matured, so have we, and we’ve started to narrow down some things.  We know what is important and what is not as important.  And honestly, I’ve been surprised about how my needs have changed over the years.
But through all of my growth there have been three things that have remained a constant need.  Early on I didn’t realize it, but now I think I’m starting to see it.

Jesus Died for You

The Apostle Paul explained God’s solution,
“God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8, NIV).
In spite of our sinfulness, our loving and merciful God found a way for us to have a personal relationship with Him!
Jesus was crucified on a cross and then buried in a heavily guarded tomb. All hope seemed lost. But, Jesus rose from the dead on the third day … just as He had promised (Matthew 16:21)!
Wow! Isn’t that incredible? Jesus paid the penalty for our sins so we can spend eternity in heaven with God.

The Purpose for Life

Why do you exist?
This is one of the most foundational questions of life. What a person believes about the reason for life has a profound impact on every other decision they make.
And yet, many people haven’t a clue how to answer this question. They live without any overarching purpose. For them life is merely there to be used up. So they blindly keep walking on the road of life until it is over.
